🚚 processing times

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

🇦🇺 domestic shipping

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days 

All orders ship from our Australian warehouse based in VIC.

📦 undeliverable or returned parcels

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend (at your cost) or refund the item cost (minus shipping).
